Troubleshooting

Uneven cooking or baking

Cause: Faulty temperature sensor, poor calibration, or blocked air circulation

Solution: Check the temperature sensor with an oven thermometer, recalibrate if your model supports it, and avoid blocking vents with foil.

Gas smell when burner is off

Cause: Gas leak at connection or valve

Solution: Ensure the door is fully closed. If the latch won't engage, it may need replacement. Do not attempt to force the latch.

Set the clock if prompted.
