Troubleshooting

Water cloudiness from dispenser

Cause: Water pressure increase and oxygen saturation during filtering process
Solution: Water will look clear after a few seconds. This is normal.

Abnormal smell or taste from water dispenser

Cause: Water line not used for 2-3 days
Solution: Discard first 1-2 glasses of water

Ice accumulation on one side of tray

Cause: Normal ice making operation
Solution: Arrange ice evenly in tray to store more ice

Ice maker not dispensing ice

Cause: Various possible causes
Solution: Check status using Test button on bottom of ice maker. Press and hold for more than 2 seconds.

Water valve producing buzzing sound

Cause: Water line left disconnected
Solution: Make sure ice making function is turned off and do not attempt to use water dispenser

Ice bucket contains mixed melted and jammed ice cubes after power failure

Cause: Power failure
Solution: Empty ice bucket before using refrigerator

Filter Reset indicator blinking red

Reset Procedures

Filter Reset

  1. Press and hold Ice Maker button for 3 seconds after replacing water filter
  2. Filter Reset indicator will turn off

  1. Open fridge door
  2. Locate switch cover on top right corner of door
  3. Push up cover to reveal power switch
  4. Turn power off and turn on again
  5. Reinsert switch cover until hearing clicking sound
